This plan reviews the current broadband network in the community, analyzes gaps, and prioritizes broadband infrastructure installation projects. The ultimate goal of the plan is universal broadband service for all residents, but this goal has been broken down into specific priorities that target areas in the community currently identified as “unserved” or “underserved” as defined by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).  By using this plan and working closely with internet service providers, the Town can efficiently fund projects with community buy-in and improve the feasibility and timeline for implementation.
