Application Portal Help

The MSD online portal for building permits is called Centricty. In order to use this system, you must first create an account - it's quick and easy. 

Access the permit portal here: msd.utah.gov/portal

You can apply for a permit, schedule inspections, and check the progress of your applications.

You will receive your issued permits via email in pdf format.
