What is this?
Part of the Stormwater Maintenance Agreement outlines Section 3, Annual Maintenance Report. It states the Owner will inspect and submit an inspection report to the MSD annually. The annual report will cover all aspects of the Stormwater Facilities such as parking lots, structural improvements, berms, channels, outlet structure, pond areas, access roads, vegetation, landscaping, etc.
When do I submit?
Inspection reports need to be in MSD possession, via email, electronic submission, in-person, or mail by July 31st of each year.
How do I submit?
The MSD Stormwater Team prefers Owners submit an electronic submission using the following link: Post-Construction Self Inspection. If an electronic submission is unable to be performed, the MSD does accept emails, in-person drop offs, or mail-ins. (See sidebar for contact information)
